When you create an account with So You Know™, you'll receive SMS text messages at the phone number you provide. These messages include:
Opt-in to SMS messaging happens during account creation on the So You Know™ web app at soyouknow.ai. After entering your mobile phone number, you must actively tap a dedicated, unmarked checkbox to agree to receive SMS messages from us. SMS consent is presented as a separate checkbox from Terms of Service and Privacy Policy agreement.
I agree to receive SMS messages from So You Know™ at the phone number provided. These include voice message delivery notifications, scheduled reminders to record messages, and account activity alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time:
Message frequency varies based on your use and the people in your circle. You may receive anywhere from a few messages per month to several per week. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. So You Know™ does not charge for SMS messaging.
Carriers supported: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional carriers in the United States. International SMS delivery is not currently supported.
